Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University. He graduated cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, State of Pennsylvania as well as the Federal Courts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Robert has litigated cases involving automobile accidents, construction accidents, products liability, premises cases and dog attacks. Robert specializes in Appellate practice and has argued numerous appeals in the New York Appellate Departments. Robert resides in Syracuse, New York with his wife Kristy.
